- Proper filled application form along with paid deposit slip of Rs. 150/- as test fee and all other credentials for BPS-09 to BPS-15 should reach at Manager Operation, Project (Finance Division), Open Testing Service, A-93, Media Town (Near PWD), Islamabad.
- Applicants are advised to send application form for BPS-01 to BPS-04 at Section Officer HR-II, Room No. 512, Finance Division Government of Pakistan, Q Block Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
- Test fee can be paid in any online branch of Alfalah Bank and HBL.
- Incomplete application or applications carrying wrong information shall be rejected.
